Mi premisa principal es mantener los principios culturales del equipo fundador en un equipo que ha ido creciendo paulatinamente, ayudando a que el talento (que tenemos a raudales) pueda aflorar y desarrollarse. Para eso, los managers son los principales protagonistas junto a los propios ulaboxers desde el recruiting, training, mentoring, performance assestment, etc. En cada momento del a\u00f1o impera priorizar unos aspectos que otros, incluso las habilidades de cada manager son diferentes y necesitan ayuda en unos aspectos o en otros.<\/p>\n<h2>Para ti, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa la gesti\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de personal?<\/h2>\n<p>Gesti\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de personal creo que son conceptos que deben pasar a la historia, por lo menos en el ecosistema de las organizaciones como Ulabox. Los profesionales en nuestro equipo se dirigen aut\u00f3nomamente, no necesitan recibir \u00f3rdenes de qu\u00e9 deben hacer, ya que el funcionamiento del equipo asume la coordinaci\u00f3n constante de todos los miembros y de todos los equipos para continuar manteniendo la cohesi\u00f3n y compartiendo el proyecto como un todo.<br \/>\nEvidentemente trabajamos en base a prioridades, y l\u00f3gicamente tenemos un equipo directivo, liderado por Jaume Gom\u00e0, que indica el camino estrat\u00e9gico hacia d\u00f3nde vamos y los siguientes pasos.<br \/>\nPara mi, liderar equipos y personas es conseguir tratar y adaptarse a cada uno de ellos\/as para ayudarles a desarrollarse profesionalmente y crecer dentro de su potencial, expectativas e intereses. Creo que ese objetivo trae en consecuencia asegurar la m\u00e1xima implicaci\u00f3n y por supuesto el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento para conseguir la metas globales.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 opinas de la confluencia entre tecnolog\u00eda y recursos humanos?<\/h2>\n<p>En un entorno tecnol\u00f3gico como el de Ulabox, no es una confluencia, sino que cualquier proceso no se entiende sin la ayuda de la tecnolog\u00eda. La tecnolog\u00eda nos permite dedicar casi todos nuestros esfuerzos en aquello que el criterio, conocimiento y sensibilidad de las personas le dan un valor diferencial a nuestro trabajo, permitiendo automatizar procesos y otorgando la m\u00e1xima fiabilidad en situaciones concretas limitando la posibilidad de error.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo te ha ayudado el uso de Factorial en tu trabajo?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Factorial<\/strong> nos permite tres cosas principales: automatizar procesos, minimizar errores y compartir informaci\u00f3n de forma colaborativa asegurando la m\u00e1xima transparencia.
