El 50% de las personas con malas experiencias en el onboarding dejan la compa\u00f1\u00eda antes de los 3 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\r\n<p>Los datos dicen que las primeras semanas son important\u00edsimas para cada persona en su nueva aventura laboral. Su primera toma de contacto marcar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo se imagina su futuro all\u00ed. Porque no nos enga\u00f1emos, <strong>una ruptura duele mucho, aunque sea en el trabajo<\/strong>. Y enterarte de que la causa ha sido el onboarding duele incluso m\u00e1s. Porque significa que no se hicieron bien las cosas desde el principio. Que las bases de la relaci\u00f3n no eran s\u00f3lidas. Que <strong>no estaba destinada a durar<\/strong>, en pocas palabras.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cSi las nuevas incorporaciones no reciben una buena experiencia y los negocios invierten dinero en un proceso que es muy mejorable, hay que decirlo alto y claro.
