Hoy en d\u00eda, <strong>distribuye sus productos\u00a0a toda Europa, tiene 4 tiendas en Espa\u00f1a y otras dos en M\u00fanich y Mil\u00e1n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hablamos con Lilin Yang, CEO de MiiN Cosmetics; Juan Pedraz, People Operations Manager, y Mireia Garriga, Beauty Advisor.<\/p>\n<h2>La evoluci\u00f3n de MiiN Cosmetics<\/h2>\n<p>\u00abSiempre me hab\u00eda gustado traer la cosm\u00e9tica desde Corea, no de Europa\u00bb, explica Lilin Yang, CEO del proyecto, quien recuerda cuando empezaron con un peque\u00f1o local en la calle de Pau Claris de Barcelona. \u00abEsa tienda a\u00fan tiene mucho \u00e9xito. La gente ya nos conoce y tenemos clientes fieles que vienen y ya saben lo que quieren\u00bb, explica Yang.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Yang, el objetivo de MiiN Cosmetics es romper barreras. \u00abEl maquillaje es para hombres y mujeres\u00bb, asegura. \u00abLa gente tiene que acostumbrarse <strong>a darse tiempo para ser felices consigo mismos<\/strong>. Es0 lo que quiero transmitir\u00bb, explica la CEO.<\/p>\n<h2>Factorial y MiiN Cosmetics<\/h2>\n<p>Sin embargo, la optimizaci\u00f3n de los Recursos Humanos ha sido clave en la gesti\u00f3n del talento en MiiN. \u00abComo responsable de RR.HH. Factorial es la herramienta que m\u00e1s utilizo\u00bb, detalla Pedraz, responsable de People Operations. Y es que gestionar los equipos de un proyecto como MiiN puede convertirse en una tarea complicada. <strong>Al tener tiendas repartidas en Europa y Espa\u00f1a, el unificar ciertos procesos puede marcar una diferencia importante en la gesti\u00f3n de las personas<\/strong>. Unificando la gesti\u00f3n de equipos en remoto. \u00abFactorial me ayuda ahorrar tiempo, pero tambi\u00e9n <strong>hace que los empleados sean m\u00e1s aut\u00f3nomos<\/strong>\u00ab, explica el encargado del People Team.<\/p>\n<p>Mireia Garriga es Beauty Advisor en MiiN desde hace siete meses. Seg\u00fan explica la trabajadora, ha utilizado Factorial desde que se incorpor\u00f3 al equipo. \u00abEl primer contrato lo firm\u00e9 con Factorial. Me da seguridad y comodidad, <strong>porque puedo acceder desde cualquier parte<\/strong>\u00ab, relata Garriga. \u00abNo estoy pendiente de dejarme documentos en casa o perderlos\u00bb, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl papeleo de las n\u00f3minas, los contratos, las ausencias por COVID&#8230; Con Factorial no tengo que estar descargando archivos cada vez que hay que modificarlos\u00bb, detalla Juan Pedraz.<\/p>\n<h2>El futuro del maquillaje<\/h2>\n<p>MiiN Cosmetics comenz\u00f3 siendo un vendedor de maquillaje y actualmente produce sus propios productos, mientras tambi\u00e9n ejerce de proveedor para los negocios peque\u00f1os que no pueden permitirse comprar a proveedores internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Su l\u00ednea de negocio se divide en su <strong>venta online y en las seis tiendas f\u00edsicas<\/strong> que tiene repartidas a lo largo del continente.
